Our Vision

To ensure a sustainable, qualified workforce that supports the energy needs of the Northeast region, particularly Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York.



Our Mission

To create an organized approach to leverage the resources of government, industry, training and education providers, workforce stakeholders, and organized labor to attract and develop a skilled and qualified talent pipeline for the energy sector in the Northeast Region.
